LCIRSA, with Northwestern State University of Louisiana, welcomes all professional staff and students to the Dr. Randall J. Webb Wellness, Recreation, and Activity Center (WRAC). Northwestern State is proud to be hosting the second LCIRSA Wellness Expo in the spring semester of 2022.
It is the mission of the LCIRSA Wellness Expo to continue our students' fitness, wellness, and leadership development by giving them the opportunity to experience new and upcoming fitness trends while focusing on the basics of living a healthy lifestyle. This expo will allow students and professional staff to present their favorite fitness and wellness topics while they continue to absorb valuable information in the areas of Group Exercise, Personal Training, Health/Wellness and Nutrition. We will be expecting a wonderful turnout from universities throughout Louisiana that all share the same ambition: to increase our knowledge and skills within the fitness and wellness world through collegiate recreation and continuing education sessions.
Together we will create stronger bonds within our own staff, our universities, and across our state.
This expo will give us an opportunity to bring new life into our group exercise classes, our personal training experiences, and relationships among each other.
